Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal

Cooking Time: 5 minutes


1 cup steel cut oats

3 tbsp. butter

2 tbsp. brown sugar

1 cup apple, peeled and diced

2 ½ cups water

1/8 tsp. cinnamon

2 tbsp. raisins


Add butter into instant pot and set on Sauté mode.

Once butter is melted, turn off Sauté mode.

Add water, raisins, cinnamon, apples, brown sugar and oats. Stir well.

Seal instant pot with lid and close steam valve. Set the instant pot on manual high pressure for 5 minutes.

Quick release pressure then open the lid.

Stir well and serve.
