Healthy Banana Oatmeal

Cooking Time: 5 minutes


1 cup old-fashioned oatmeal

2 tsp. cinnamon

2 bananas

1 cup water

1 cup milk


Spray instant pot bottom using cooking spray.

Add oatmeal, water and milk. Stir well.

Slice one banana and add it into instant pot.

Add brown sugar and cinnamon. Stir well to combine.

Seal instant pot with lid and select manual high pressure for 5 minutes.

Allow pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes, then release using quick release method.

Stir oatmeal and scoop into the serving bowls. Top with sliced banana and serve.
