Creamy Rice Pudding

Cooking Time: 10 minutes


2 cups milk

1 cup rice, rinsed and drained

¼ cup maple syrup

¾ cup heavy cream

1 ¼ cups water

1/8 tsp. sea salt


Add all ingredients except for heavy cream into instant pot and mix well.

Seal instant pot with lid and select Porridge mode.

Allow pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes, then release using quick release method.

Stir in heavy cream and serve.
