Jerk Seasoned Pork

Cooking Time: 45 minutes



Ingredients:



2 lbs. pork shoulder



¼ cup chicken stock



2 tbsp. Jamaican jerk spice blend



1 tbsp. olive oil



Directions



Brush meat with oil and rub with Jamaican jerk spice blend.



Add meat to the pot and cook on Sauté mode until brown, about 2 minutes on each side.



Add broth. Seal pot with lid and cook on manual high pressure for 45 minutes.



Remove meat from pot and shred using a fork. Return shredded meat to the pot and stir well.



Serve and enjoy.
