Shredded Pork Shoulder

Cooking Time: 65 minutes


2 lbs. pork shoulder

1 tsp. paprika

2 tsp. ginger, grated

4 drops liquid stevia

¼ cup soy sauce

2 tbsp. garlic paste

1 tbsp. tomato paste

¼ cup tomato sauce

1 cup beef broth


Place meat in the instant pot.

Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over meat.

Seal pot with lid and cook on manual high pressure for 60 minutes.

Allow pressure to release naturally for 5 minutes, then release using quick release method.

Remove meat from pot and shred using a fork.

Return shredded meat to the pot and stir well.

Serve and enjoy.
