Sirloin Pork with Tomatillo Salsa

Cooking Time: 45 minutes



Ingredients:



2 lbs. sirloin pork, sliced



2 tsp. cumin



16 oz. tomatillo salsa



2 tsp. garlic powder



1 tbsp. olive oil


¼ tsp. salt



Directions



Add oil into the pot and set on Sauté mode.



Season meat with garlic powder, cumin, and salt.



Add meat to the pot and sauté until browned.



Pour salsa over the meat.



Seal pot with lid and cook on manual high pressure for 45 minutes.



Quick release pressure then open the lid.



Serve and enjoy.
